Ooooo…I loved this post, Janet! Especially the part about helping the gentleman out with his meal. I found it interesting that when telling this story to someone, they asked what hidden agenda you may have had.😳…
I would have never thought to ask that. I’m not judging here but, I will say, I find this kind of questioning is what society has taught us, now, it seems around every corner. To be leery and cautious when someone stops on our paths to help. There is a balance with this kind of thinking…which is from the mind and not the heart.
I appreciate how you handled the whole situation and applaud your kindness in a nonchalant way that says…someone needs a little help, where may I be of assistance and then…you moved on.🥰. We need more of this way of looking and living in the world now. So, thank you for sharing this….you have planted seeds in our hearts and I for one am grateful. (Now, that is what I’m talking about lil sister.🫶)
Thank you for the video call. You’ve opened up my mind n heart by sharing your experience about relationships/friendships.🙏😇
You are right about that question coming from the mind n not the heart. From my observation, I find that the person who questioned me mostly lives in his mind instead of his heart. It is understandable for someone who has been betrayed multiple times to be more cautious.
I appreciate your support as always. Yes, I get what you mean by planting seeds.✌️🤗💕✨
